​COCONUT GROVE BEACH CLUB - walk or kayak over the bay and spend the afternoon at St Vincent's newest beach club. Get your photo taken on the famous giant yellow chair

LEEWARD - By road, speed boat or kayak, see the Pirates of the Caribbean set, explore empty beaches and coves, snorkel pristine reefs, go whale watching, marvel at the 2021 volcanic landscape, shower in waterfalls, walk the nature trails, visit Buccament Bay, swim in the river at Table Rock, wonder at the historic petroglyphs and snorkel the bat cave. Dine at the fabulous Dewi's Asian Restaurant or head up to the Bush Bar in the rainforest for some delicious Ital food and tranquillity (and enjoy Zen's Sip and Paint sessions)

WINDWARD - Visit the historic BlackPoint Tunnel, Colonaire's empty black sand, twinkling beach, We Be Free and Hell's Gate waterfall, Rowacou Park, Brighton beach, salt ponds and mangroves, the stunning Montreal Gardens, Owia Salt Ponds, the Maderia Valley Forest Park in Biabou, call ahead to one of the many bars/restaurants for some delicious, fresh, local food

KINGSTOWN - Explore historic Fort Charlotte, discover why the cannons point inland. Take a stroll around the oldest Botanical Gardens in the western hemisphere, and chat with the street vendors and get your fresh fruit and veg. Call in at the Cruise Ship Terminal, for souvenirs and some excellent cafes and restaurants. Or breakfast at the old Cobblestone Inn, local lunch at Veejay's,  and finish with a glass of red at Flow wine bar
