FORT DUVERNETTE - Climb the 255 steps on this impressive rock for stunning views. Explore the ruins of the old fort and wonder at how they got the cannons up there

COCONUT GROVE BEACH CLUB - walk or kayak over the bay and spend the afternoon at St Vincent's newest beach club. Get your photo taken on the famous giant yellow chair

LEEWARD - By road, speed boat or kayak, see the Pirates of the Caribbean set, explore empty beaches and coves, snorkel pristine reefs, go whale watching, marvel at the 2021 volcanic landscape, shower in waterfalls, walk the nature trails, visit Buccament Bay, swim in the river at Table Rock, wonder at the historic petroglyphs and snorkel the bat cave. Dine at the fabulous beachside New Baystones Restaurant or head up to the Bush Bar in the rainforest for some delicious Ital food and tranquility (and enjoy Zen's Sip and Paint sessions)

WINDWARD - Visit the historic BlackPoint Tunnel, Colonaire's empty black sand, twinkling beach, We Be Free and Hell's Gate waterfall, Rowacou Park, Brighton beach, salt ponds and mangroves, the stunning Montreal Gardens, Owia Salt Ponds, the 2021 volcanic beach, the Maderia Valley Forest Park in Biabou, call ahead to one of the many bars/restaurants for some delicious, fresh, local food

KINGSTOWN - Explore historic Fort Charlotte, discover why the cannons point inland. Take a stroll around the oldest Botanical Gardens in the western hemisphere, and chat with the street vendors and get your fresh fruit and veg. Call in at the Cruise Ship Terminal, for souvenirs and some excellent cafes and restaurants. Or breakfast at the old Cobblestone Inn, local lunch at Veejay's,  and finish with a glass of red at Flow wine bar

BEQUIA DAY TRIP - Take the ferry to Bequia for the day

SAILING - skippered day/week yacht charter is available including  food: Barefoot Yachts and Horizon Yacht Charters are our neighbours

DIVING - St Vincent is the Critter Capitol of the Caribbean, 2 dive centres, are close: Dive Antilles and Serenity Dive

SPEEDBOAT  - Have a picnic on a deserted beach, or visit the unforgettable Tobago Cays, call Fantasea Tours or Island Fever

FISHING -  Enjoy a private deep sea fishing charter

TENNIS - The national tennis center is a 10 min walk away

WALKING - Walk 5km to the Belmont lookout at 1000 feet

SURFING - Depending on conditions there are left and right

breaks in Blue Lagoon, or take a surf lesson at Shipping Bay
